MIU Center is an outpatient mental health practice, not a crisis center or emergency psychiatric service. Our office is not equipped to provide 24-hour crisis intervention, emergency response, or immediate psychiatric care.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of suicide, thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, severe emotional distress, or another urgent behavioral health concern, please do not wait for a response from MIU Center. Use one of the emergency resources below.

MIU Center can provide outpatient psychiatric care and follow-up after an emergency or crisis situation when clinically appropriate.
